Adult Classes (2017-2018)

Tap Class Thursday 8-8:45pm (Intermediate Level Class) with Heather
An understanding of creating intricate footwork that marks out precise rhythmic patterns on the floor focusing on musicality and timing. Class consists of an aerobic tap warm up, center floor combinations and choreography. Adult tappers have the option to be in the annual recital. This class runs from September through June and costs $45.00 a month

Adult Fitness Program

It is recommended to bring a towel and water bottle with you and a pair of comfortable sneakers. Please pack a pair of sneakers that you don't wear outside. We guarantee you will love these classes.

Zumba: Thursday 8:45-9:30pm with Kim, Saturdays AM TBA 

Zumba is a fun and easy workout that combines high energy, Latin rhythms and dance moves to ensure a dynamic fitness workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Drop the workout and join the dance party! No previous Pilates, Yoga, or Dance experience is required.

Piyo: Wednesday 6:50-7:50 with Angie
Piyo introduces you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. This is a great fun, challenging class that is sure to provide results. Come join the class and find strength you didn't know you had. NO dance experience is needed.
